Generally we charge by the hour for leads.

• Calling leads (We can provide a variety of services, from simple verification of phone numbers to qualifying new leads. Please note, we are not licensed real estate agents, so our calling services are limited to non-licensed needs at this time.)
• Voice Mail (We can check your voice mail for you and transcribe messages, including inputting leads and notification.)
• Answering Service (We can provide this services under limited scheduled circumstances.)
• Detailed reports of new leads (We can provide you with a detailed report of all your new leads as well as your upcoming contacts or appointments on a daily or weekly basis, as fits your needs.)

• Database clean-up (eliminate duplicates, sort through old leads, create a system to rank current and incoming leads)
• Database management (ongoing updates and maintenance of leads, past clients, etc.)
• Marketing (Graphic design, advertising, email and snail mail marketing to current leads and to generate new ones)
