Listing Management Packages

Listing packages will be tailored to meet your requirements, subscriptions and preferences. Please contact Stephanie or Kim and ask how we can build a package to meet your needs.

We will perform the recurring steps at no extra charge to you for a maximum of six months or until the listing goes under contract, whichever comes first.

Basic

• $49 per listing
• Contact seller via email to obtain property information (if needed)
• Input Listing into agent website or broker website
• Showcase listing on up to 10 other sites including Trulia, YouTube, Craigslist, Postlets, etc.
• Optimize listing on Realtor.com to include adding description, uploading pictures, headlines, special message box.
• Recommend free sites if not already utilized and input listing to those
• Create and Distribute Virtual Tour
• Email sent to seller with website links showing where home is marketed

Super

• $99 per listing
• Basic package plus following;
• Weekly Craigslist Re-posting
• Weekly ‘website activity report’ sent to seller
• Weekly ‘showing feedback report’ sent to seller
• Create flyer (high resolution photos provided by agent)
• Reports and re-postings completed until listing is pending or six months

Premium

• $149 per listing
• Basic and Super package plus the following
• Perform all necessary price changes as notified by agent
• Advertise open houses by posting to all websites
• E-blasts sent to SOI for new listings/price changes/open houses
• Weekly Realtor.com report to seller
• Weekly Trulia report to seller
• Blog about home when listed (one blog with information about home, community, schools, upcoming local activities, etc)
• Blog about home when changed (one blog when price has changed or for open house as well as more area information)
