87% of home buyers in 2008 used the Internet to search for their home.

Buyers commonly start their search process online before contacting a Realtor. As they are searching, they need to see your branding everywhere. Your website, blogs and social networking profiles should appear when they search for homes in your area. Your name should saturate the internet!
