Stephanie Avery
Stephanie graduated from East Carolina University in North Carolina and immediately went to work with a Real Estate Agency as the Listing Management Coordinator. After two years, she took a position within the court system as an Enforcement Agent with Child Support. Nine years later, she returned to the world of Real Estate and has worked virtually since 2008. Last year Stephanie also took a contract position with Google as a quality rater and was able to glean information on guidelines used by Google when ranking websites. This position allowed her to learn the ins and outs of SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Stephanie has a natural talent and ability to design websites as well as internet marketing. Her technical capabilities are what she considers a “gift from God” in that she loves the work, and can figure out any software program you put in front of her. Stephanie is also a dedicated blogger for two Realtors and also a freelance writer for The Examiner.
Kimberly Scott
Kim has over 10 years experience in management, writing, and graphic design. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas, with the majority of her study being in graphic design, printing management, business administration and journalism. Kim also earned many national and state awards for journalistic writing and design during her tenure in college media. She has worked as a virtual real estate assistant for over a year. A quick learner and able to grasp technology with little effort, Kim has proven herself with Real Estate website and social media platforms, blogging, and many different marketing aspects. Michelle Foster
Michelle began her Real Estate career in 2000 working in Commercial Real Estate. While working in the commercial market she specialized in Property Management and Investment Offerings during which she was trained in the Sales and Marketing of Class A commercial buildings. One of the many job requirements was to digitally prepare and distribute Sales offerings as well as becoming a licensed Agent.
Michelle transitioned her Real Estate license to the residential market after leaving the commercial Real Estate Industry to stay home with her children in 2005. She is still a licensed Real Estate agent but her main focus is assisting the Miggins Group by using her unique talents in listing management, property marketing and database management. She enjoys getting to know people and working through their specific needs to increase business. Customer Service is one of the most important aspects of the business and she likes to add value by taking the extra step to ensure the job is complete.
